Module 1 of the training for high school teachers who will work as mentors with high school students from the Roma, Ashkali and Egyptian communities is being held on 10-11 of December 2016. The training is organized within the project “EU SIMRAES 2”, in cooperation with VoRAE and REF.
This training prepares mentors to understand the complexity and the role of teachers in the position of mentors who need to support students in overcoming challenges in secondary education, improve the quality of education, increase school attendance and prepare them for their careers. Upon completion of this training, the mentors will implement a mentoring program and adapt it to the needs of students mentored.
