ETHICS AND INSTITUTIONAL INTEGRITY

The aim of the project is to create a climate of responsible personal and organizational behavior in central and municipal institutions, as well as in schools through strengthening institutional leadership to implement ethical and institutional integrity standards in their workplaces.

The project objective will be achieved through the training of human resource development office officials of 5 ministries, municipal officials for human resource development of 3 municipalities, as well as directors and representatives of school councils from the three selected municipalities.

Activities to be realized during the implementation of the project are:

1) Preparation of the guideline “Ethics and Institutional Integrity”

2) Selection of office officials for human resource development from 5 ministries and 3 municipalities selected to participate in the training “Ethics and Institutional Integrity”

3) Organizing two-day training on the topic “Ethics and Institutional Integrity” for 20 office officials for human resource development from the central and municipal level

4) Selection of 12 schools from 3 municipalities to participate in the training “Ethics and Institutional Integrity”

5) Organizing two-day training for school directors and representatives of school councils on the topic “Ethics and Institutional Integrity”

6) Implementation of action plans

7) Organizing 3 roundtables in three municipalities to present the results of action plans

8) Participation in radio broadcasts

9) Preparation of the final report.
