Supporting digital transformation of three schools in the Municipality of Prishtina

Overall objective: The project aims to enhance teachers’ digital competences and establish a supportive environment for digital learning in Kosovo, ultimately improving the quality and equality of education.

Specific objective: The primary aim of the project is to address the specific needs of schools while leveraging the opportunities provided by shkollat.org for the digital transformation process at school level. Furthermore, the project is designed to strengthen the capacities of three selected schools in the Municipality of Prishtina to implement digital learning effectively by using the shkollat.org platform, thereby paving the way towards a more inclusive and advanced educational practices.

 

Project activities:

• Organize training on “The basics of shkollat.org platform”.
• Organize a training on organization of blended learning through shkollat.org platform.
• Provide Continues support for teachers through coaching and mentoring.
• Organize training on establishment of Technicians Club Act 2.2. Organize school-based training on Technicians Clubs.
• Establish and Develop the Terms of Reference (ToR) for the Technicians Clubs.
• Implement community outreach activities in three partner schools .
• Produce and share good practices among partner schools through on-site visits and social media.

 

Project outputs:

Output 1: Strengthened digital capacities of teachers to fully utilize the shkollat.org platform in three selected schools in the Municipality of Prishtina

Output 2: Technicians Clubs are established and fully functional in three selected schools in the Municipality of Prishtina

Output 3: School communities are aware and advocate for the integration of ICT in learning and teaching
