This module included six training groups with a total of 168 participants from the beneficiary schools in the municipalities of Dragash, Kamenicë, Gjilan, Obiliq, Lipjan, Prizren, and Mitrovica.
Over the course of six days across both the first and second modules, participants:
Deepened their understanding of stereotypes and various forms of oppression;
Developed skills to identify and deconstruct them;
Learned strategies to positively influence the transformation of their personal and institutional environments.
This training represents a significant step in supporting schools to foster a culture of collaboration and inclusivity, empowering educators as agents of change within their communities.
