Today, the first meeting of the National Coalition for Digital Inclusion was held, bringing together representatives from central and local institutions, non-governmental organizations, and other stakeholders to discuss the challenges and priorities of digital inclusion in Kosovo. This coalition will serve as a platform for cooperation to advance digital inclusion in Kosovo, by addressing national needs and priorities for improving digital infrastructure, strengthening digital skills, promoting inclusive policies, and encouraging community participation.
During the meeting, the National Report on Digital Inclusion in Kosovo, prepared by Mr. Dukagjin Pupovci, was presented. The report identifies all the measures undertaken regarding the advancement of the legal framework and the latest changes related to support for digital inclusion, as well as provides an in-depth analysis of the challenges and opportunities for digital transformation in Kosovo, ensuring an inclusive digital environment.
This meeting and the presentation of the report mark an important step toward advocating for digital inclusion in Kosovo, providing a strong foundation for the development of policies and activities that address the needs of vulnerable groups in this field.
