The distribution of toys and books was successfully completed in the four partner schools of “Expanding Access to Quality Early Childhood Development (ECD) and Primary School Education for Roma children” project: Primary and Lower Secondary Schools “Mati Logoreci”, “Haziz Tola”, “Lekë Dukagjini” in Prizren municipality and “Martin Camaj” in Istog municipality.
The educational materials were placed in preschool classrooms, establishing toy libraries that provide a rich and stimulating environment for the cognitive, social, and emotional development of children.
Following the distribution, symbolic inaugural sessions were organized in each of the four partner schools. These sessions were attended by beneficiary parents, school staff, and other stakeholders.
The “Expanding Access to Quality Early Childhood Development (ECD) and Primary School Education for Roma children” project is funded by the European Union (DG NEAR) and the Roma Education Fund (REF) and is implemented by Kosova Education Center (KEC) in partnership with Nevo Koncepti and Vision 02.
