The Kosova Education Center has published a research report that analyzes the main needs and challenges of teacher professional development in Kosovo, specifically in the municipalities of Prishtina, Fushë Kosovë/Kosovo Polje and Obiliq. The report provides a clear overview of priority topics for training, obstacles encountered in practice and the most effective forms of professional development, reflecting the perspectives of teachers, municipal education officials, Ministry representatives and experts in the field.
Based on these findings, the report provides concrete recommendations for the Ministry of Education and Science, Municipal Directorates of Education, schools and training program providers, with the aim of increasing the quality, relevance and sustainability of professional development in the education system.
