PCM TRAINING FOR THE MAFRD

The project cycle management training for officials of the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Rural Development (MBPDR) was carried out by kosovo Education Center (KEC) during 15 interactive working weeks. To better achieve the project’s predicted results, a two-track strategy is applied:

Theory and training part: a simulation project was developed in several stages during contact sessions (“Institution and capacity building of Regional Advisory Centers”);

Internship – Students were divided into four groups and trained by writing a concrete proposal of the project. Both training and the practical part witnessed many discussions that took place between the trainers and the students, but also among the students, with some moderations from the trainers, in the process of building the project proposals.

There were also some presentations by the trainers and the participants (presentation of project proposals with phases). The implementing agency and trainers made all work materials available to trainees continuously electronically through the web platform, and in printed form during the plenary session and in working groups.
