MINISTRY EMPOWERMENT PROJECT
This project was funded by the World Bank and as a purpose was to train 50 MEST workers based on this training program: 1. Interactive Learning (24 hours) 2. School-based assessment (24 hours) 3. Integrated planning and evaluation of educational projects (30 hours) The project activities were completed from March 4 – April 24, 2002. The KAK was contracted to maintain the same training program for the staff of municipal education directorates and educational development offices, but this decision was later suspended by the World Bank due to administrative reasons.
