HIGHERKOS EVALUATION 1&2

In cooperation with the Swiss company KEK-CDC, KEC has carried out the evaluation of the project “HigherKOS – Promoting institutional development of higher education and science in Kosovo”, which is implemented by a consortium from Austria with the financial support of the Austrian Development Agency (ADA). The external evaluation process is carried out with combined Swiss and Kosovar expertise in two phases. The intermediation was conducted in November and December 2014, while the assessment recommendations have served for the appropriate corrections in the project strategy. The final assessment was conducted in September and October 2015.
