EVALUATION OF PROJECTS SUPPORTING EDUCATION OF RAE COMMUNITIES FOR THE PERIOD OF 2006-2007

The target of the evaluation were KFOS projects focused on the education of Roma, Ashkali and Egyptian communities that were carried out during 2006 and 2007 by three non-governmental organizations: Association “Durmish Aslano” in Prizren, NGO “Ashkali Community Center” in Dubrava and Bethany Christian Services (BCS) in Gjakova. The method of qualitative analysis was used, which was realized through studying project documentation, field visits and meetings with all relevant factors in the implementation of projects. From the evidence gathered, it can be concluded that KFOS-funded projects have contributed to achieving their common goal – improving the integration of children of beneficiary communities into society.
