Today, a roundtable discussion was held in cooperation with the Vocational Training Center in Gjilan, focusing on the topic: “The Importance of Vocational Training in Youth Development and Employment.”
During the discussion, participants emphasized the critical role that vocational training programs play in preparing young people for the labor market, as well as the importance of collaboration between institutions, businesses, and training centers in creating new employment opportunities.
Following the discussion, young participants had the opportunity to visit the Job Fair, which featured various businesses and institutions. This event provided participants with direct access to explore employment opportunities and vocational training programs.
Through their participation in the fair, young people established new connections with representatives from both the private and public sectors, paving the way for future professional engagements.
