Over the past two weeks, five professional development programs for teachers have been held at the KEC Training Center. These trainings were organized in cooperation with the municipalities of Prishtina, Obiliq, and Fushë Kosovë, with participating teachers coming from these municipalities.
The implemented trainings covered the following topics:

Education for social justice;

Project-based teaching;

Personal development skills (two groups);

Nonviolent communication.
The cooperation with the municipalities in organizing these trainings was highly successful, while the participating teachers demonstrated strong motivation and commitment throughout the sessions.
Building on the existing cooperation agreements, collaboration with these municipalities will continue, and pathways have been paved for future partnerships with other municipalities to further support the continuous professional development of teachers and improve the quality of teaching.
