11 young people, beneficiaries of the YEEP 2 project, have successfully completed the training program “Basic Life Skills and Employability”
During this intensive program, they developed key knowledge and skills for their lives and careers, including techniques and strategies for:
-effective interpersonal communication;
-conflict management and resolution;
-professional presentation;
-financial education (budgeting and personal finance management);
-CV, cover letter and job interview writing.
These knowledge and skills constitute a strong foundation for their professional and personal journey. At the end of this training, the participants were certified.
