Over the weekend, the 5-day introductory training “Step by Step” for educators and primary level teachers working with children aged 3-6 from 4 partner schools in Prizren and Istog began, as part of the project “Expanding Access to Quality Early Childhood Development (ECD) and Primary School Education for Roma children”.
The goal of the training is to equip educators with knowledge and practical skills that contribute to creating a supportive educational environment. Through the “Step by Step” methodology, participants will learn about the importance of play in learning, effective activity planning, and an individualized approach to children, with a special focus on the social and emotional aspects.
