The Kosova Education Center (KEC) has been working with continuous dedication on the implementation and advancement of the Quality Management System, in accordance with the requirements of the international standard ISO 9001:2015.
Since 2017, when it was first certified, KEC has developed and implemented a series of procedures, work guides and other necessary documents, which have contributed to facilitating, structuring and advancing the organization’s work processes.
This year, KEC has also been assessed and recertified for the next three-year period by the accredited certification body MSECB, for the scope of:
“Design, development, management and delivery of projects and training programs in the field of education, human rights, youth and social services”.
KEC will continue to develop and advance its work processes with dedication, in accordance with the requirements of the international quality standard ISO 9001:2015, with the aim of maintaining and continuously improving the quality of the services it provides.
