The Coalition serves as a platform for cooperation between institutions, organizations and relevant stakeholders to promote and advance digital inclusion in the country. Through discussions and joint activities, the Coalition contributes to addressing the challenges and priorities identified in the National Digital Inclusion Report, aiming to develop concrete policies and measures that respond to the needs of citizens.
During the meeting, the policy initiatives arising from the recommendations of the National Digital Inclusion Report ( https://kec-ks.org/…/09/National-Report_KOSOVO-ALB.pdf ), which aim to provide a contribution to the advancement of concrete policies and actions that will contribute to digital inclusion in Kosova, are being discussed.
The initiatives being discussed at the meeting are:
Integrating digital skills into formal and non-formal education;
Improving access to e-government services and expanding digital access points in the community;
Institutionalizing regular digital inclusion assessments;
Supporting digital inclusion programs led by civil society organizations (CSOs).
Also, during the meeting, the idea for an initiative related to improving access to e-government services and expanding digital access points for the community will be presented, through the definition of goals, concrete policy requirements and further steps for implementation.
