On 4 and 5 May 2026, in the Međimurje region in Croatia, the activity “Exchange of experiences and lessons learned” was held within the framework of the CHAVORE project (Mental health well-being of Roma children), with the participation of project consortium partners and representatives from REYN – the early childhood network.
During the activity, participants had the opportunity to exchange experiences and practices on the inclusion, well-being and mental health of children in early childhood, as well as to discuss the needs and challenges of children, families and professionals in different countries.
As part of the activity, visits were made to public kindergartens, schools and the Play Hub – a community-based center, where participants were closely acquainted with different practices and approaches to working with children and families, promoting mutual learning and strengthening cooperation between partner organizations.
The activity was co-organized by the Kosovo Education Center (KEC), as the organization responsible for this activity, and partners from Croatia, (Open Academy ‘Step by Step’).
