A group of teachers from the Municipality of Podujeva spent this past weekend at the KEC Training Center, where they participated in the training program “Nonviolent Communication.”
The aim of this program is to enhance communication skills through techniques that encourage the expression of needs and feelings in a non-threatening manner, fostering healthy relationships and enabling the peaceful resolution of conflicts.

This professional development activity for teachers was carried out with funding from the Kosovo Education Center – KEC and with organizational support from the Municipal Directorate of Education in Podujeva.
