Transforming schools into safe and attractive environments enables the full development of the personality and potential of each child, and enables the implementation of all requirements arising from international standards and instruments on the rights of the child.
In the period October 2024 – November 2025 alone, with the support of the Unicef Kosovo Programme through the project “Youth Empowered through Inclusive Schools – YESS”, 286 students, 118 teachers were trained, 38 Mediation Clubs were established and 38 Mediation Corners were created, which are serving as spaces for dialogue, peaceful conflict resolution and student empowerment.
On this marked day, KEC reaffirms its commitment and dedication to contribute to the creation of safe and inclusive environments for all children.
