KEC Training Center – established with the aim of ensuring continuous engagement in providing professional development programs for teachers and other education staff – began its activities in August 2025.

The operation of the KEC Training Center is enabled through KEC’s own funds, generated through the activities of the “Mileniumi i Tretë” School, in accordance with KEC’s mission and the non-profit nature of the organization.

The training programs offered by the KEC Training Center are approved by the Ministry of Education and Science and are provided free of charge to participants. Upon successful completion of the training programs, participants receive the respective certificate of completion. The selection of participants is conducted through public open calls or in cooperation with municipalities, depending on the nature of the program and the targeted beneficiary groups.

KEC Training Center has a 330 m² facility equipped for the delivery of training and professional activities. It includes two training rooms, an administrative office, a cafeteria with a kitchen, as well as the necessary equipment for work and presentations, including 20 laptops, a sound system, smart boards, projectors, and multifunction devices. The center also provides access for persons with disabilities.
