18 young people from the municipality of Gjilan, through the YEEP 2 project, have successfully completed and been certified in the training program “Basic Life Skills and Employability”, which has provided them with the necessary skills for easier access to the labor market.
Through this training program, participants have gained knowledge in areas such as effective interpersonal communication, conflict management and resolution, professional presentation, financial education, as well as CV writing, cover letter and job interview preparation.
At the same time, these young people, through the YEEP 2 project, continue to receive support for engagement in professional internships and jobs, as well as benefit from individual counseling and mentoring sessions.
