The young people of the second group, certified in the training “The Right to Public Representation – Advocacy”, held within the framework of the YEEP2 project, have carried out three advocacy campaigns at the “Marin Barleti” Secondary School in Gjilan.
The campaigns have focused on several issues of importance to the school community. One of them aims to equip the school with lockers for students, in order to facilitate the storage of school materials and improve learning conditions.
Another initiative has addressed the need to ensure equal access to education for all students, with special emphasis on students with special needs. Also, the students have advocated for the establishment of a Career Club, which aims to promote professional orientation and help young people plan their future.
These campaigns have been carried out through informative presentations, interactive discussions, and the distribution of awareness-raising brochures and posters. The school has played an important role in supporting these initiatives, involving students, teachers and parents in the process.
