During October and early November, three information sessions brought together school principals, teachers, quality coordinators, psychologists and representatives of different educational levels.
These sessions aimed to strengthen the implementation of mediation methodologies in partner schools from the municipalities of Dragash, Kamenica, Gjilan, Lipjan, Obiliq, Prizren and Mitrovica, helping to create a more collaborative, inclusive and safe environment for students and staff. Participants shared experiences, practical examples and new approaches on how mediation can be integrated into everyday school life.
This process contributes to building a culture of understanding, respect and peaceful conflict resolution, strengthening ties within the educational community.
